A monthly fee, and a fee for each qualified meeting that actually happens.

Invoiced at the start of each month.

per qualified meeting held
Invoiced monthly in arrears, only for meetings that meet all three conditions.
No VAT is charged.
- 14 days to pay each invoice
- Month to month no minimum term
- 30 days notice to end it, either side
